  •  A subscription activation fee will be charged on all new subscriptions. However, with EZ Pay, our most cost-effective and hassle-free payment option, you will not incur the one-time setup fee of $4.99, and you authorize us to automatically charge your subscription rate, less any applicable credits to the credit card or bank account you indicated at the time of your order on the 18th day of every month. If that date falls on a weekend or holiday, we charge on the next business day. Any outstanding balance will be processed with the first EZ Pay charge. Please note, print edition delivery is not available in all areas. If you request that we not deliver a print edition for vacation or other reason, or if we fail to deliver a print edition, your Total Access Subscription continues, including unrestricted access to our digital content through our website, E-edition, and mobile news tablet and smartphone apps, and you will continue to be charged your subscription fees. In order to stop all charges, you must cancel your subscription. If at any time you decide to cancel your subscription, you may contact customer service at (606) 326-2674, Monday-Friday, 5:00 am-5pm, Saturday 6am-11am, Sunday 6am-12pm and the full amount of any balance over $10.00 will be returned.
